Meeting about Exhibition

We have a date now for the set up of oue exhibition. March 15th for set up and 16th and 17th will be the exhibition. I had a meeting with the organiser who wanted to know about insurance and about equipment. She told me that there would be someone sleeping over night for added security, but suggested that one of our team members stayed with our work through each day of the exhibition. She wants to know how many tables we need and power sources etc. I told her I would talk to the uni about insurance and also the other team members and discuss all points raised and get back to her as soon as possible.
